Why Is Shopify Retiring Stocky?

Shopify officially announced that Stocky will be discontinued on 31 August 2026. The timeline has been gradual. Key features like inventory transfers and min/max forecasting were removed in July 2025. On 2 February 2026, Stocky was delisted from the Shopify App Store entirely. By the end of August, the app will stop working and any data you have not migrated will be gone.
